Reservation Policies

Ajijic is a desirable resort/vacation village for both local and distant travelers, therefore hotels fill up rapidly.

For your security and ours, we must insist on a deposit of 50% upon registration to guarantee your room requirements.

Reserved room with deposit confirmed with bank, is held until 8pm. To firmly hold your reservation, it is suggested that the room be paid in full. (Advanced registration discounted rooms must be paid in full)

Occasionally, because of unforseen circumstances, a reservation must be cancelled. This must be done at least 24 hours prior to your expected arrival, or you lose your deposit.

A 10% service fee of the room charge, will be deducted when we return your deposit. Should you leave our hotel earlier than anticipated, no refunds will be issued

Room rates vary with the season and include a modest breakfast.

High Season (Winter) Nov 15 – Apr 15
USD $60.00 to $85.00 per day (depending on bed size)

Low Season (Summer) Apr 16 – Nov 14
USD $50.00 to $75.00 per day (depending on bed size)

AJIJIC ES UNO DE LOS LUGARES MAS PREFERIDO POR TURISTAS Y VIAJEROS TANTO LOCALES COMO FORANEOS, LO CUAL SE DEMUESTRA CON SU CAPACIDAD HOTELERA MUCHAS VECES SATURADA O AL MAXIMO, ES POR ESO QUE TANTO PARA GARANTIZAR SU  SEGURIDAD COMO LA NUESTRA, Y PODERLE GARANTIZAR LA RESERVACION DE SU O SUS HABITACIONES, ES NECESARIO HACER UN DEPOSITO DEL 50% DEL TOTAL DE SU COSTO.

EN CASO DE CIRCUNSTANCIAS DE EMERGENCIA, O CAUSAS DE FUERZAS MAYOR EN LAS CUALES SE VEAN EN LA NECESIDAD DE CANCELAR SU RESERVACION, SERA NECESARIO CONFIRMAR SU CANCELACION CON UN ANTICIPO DE AL MENOS 24 HORAS ANTES DE LA FECHA DE SU LLEGADA, YA QUE EN CASO CONTRARIO SU DEPOSITO NO PODRA SER REEMBOLSADO.  

EN CASO DE QUE APLIQUE SU REEMBOLSO, QUEDARA COMO CUOTA POR CARGOS DE CANCELACION UN  10% DEL DEPOSITO REALIZADO, ASI COMO TAMBIEN SI LA HABITACION SE ENTREGA ANTES DE TIEMPO O EL MISMO DIA.

e incluyen desayuno sencillo.

Temporada Alta (Invierno) 15 Nov. – 15 Abril

Temporada baja (Verano) 16 Abril – 14 Nov.
$50.00 a $75.00 (Dólares) por día (depende del tamaño de cama)
